These Product Specific Terms define the precise operational boundaries, architectural criteria, and platform-specific metrics unique to the relyd Framework application layer, its execution environment, and accompanying performance monitoring dashboards. These terms supplement the Terms of Service and govern all active software provisions.
1. The Dashboard Performance Monitoring Scope
1.1 Automated Telemetry Extraction: To deliver real-time infrastructure forecasting metrics within the user interface, the platform continuously tracks and analyzes underlying database node load parameters, operational RAM saturation, CPU utilization spikes, and Input/Output Operations Per Second (IOPS).
1.2 Structural Isolation of Telemetry: The Customer explicitly acknowledges that this monitoring engine captures systemic database execution metadata exclusively. The Provider does not read, parse, index, or log the underlying functional or proprietary business records populated within the Customer's database tables for diagnostic purposes.
2. Custom Extension Modules & API Integration Dependencies
2.1 API Throttling Bounds: The relyd dashboard relies on structured API query loops to maintain data velocity. Any custom extension, Python customization, or third-party module integrated into the environment by the Customer must strictly adhere to the standardized sequential limitation of one (1) request per second, without parallel processing threads.
2.2 Disclaimers for Custom Code Faults: The Provider maintains no responsibility for platform degradation caused by unoptimized, non-standard code integrations executed by the Customer or their designated partners. Should a custom module trigger continuous database transaction locks, memory leaks, or recursive loops that degrade performance for other tenants on the host cluster, the Provider reserves the immediate right to throttle, isolate, or temporarily deactivate the faulty custom module without prior notice.
3. Systematic Resource Calculations & Storage Audits
3.1 Raw Storage Appraisals: The one hundred (100) gigabyte (GB) capacity threshold defined within the Acceptable Use Policy is calculated using the raw, uncompressed binary allocation of the database file on disk, including table indices and system metadata.
3.2 Optimization Mandates: Upon a database triggering an architecture review due to data inflation, the Customer shall collaborate with the Provider's engineering desk to execute database vacuuming, archive historical telemetry, or transition to a dedicated enterprise-tier metered infrastructure configuration within fourteen (14) business days of notification.
4. Continuous Deployment and Software Deprecations
4.1 Minor Patch Deployment: The Provider reserves the right to deploy non-disruptive, automated patch sets, technical code optimization loops, and non-breaking user-interface revisions to the relyd dashboard environment at any time to maintain system security and sovereign performance baselines.
4.2 Material Architectural Changes: Should an emergency security remedy or major framework version evolution necessitate significant structural UI adjustments or feature deprecations, the Provider shall make all reasonable commercial efforts to notify the Customer via administrative dashboard control panel alerts at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to execution.
